When subject comes to Google, social networking and instant messaging then defiantly Google is far far away from social networking and IM market. Google started Google Plus to cover social networking market but  when you compare Google Plus with Facebook and Twitter you feel that Google Plus is failed to get margin in social networking sphere.Google has same condition regarding instant messaging app.Still Google has not any IM app which will compute with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger,Wechat  and many other famous messaging apps available in market today.Only Google hang out is little bit popular among people but to make hangout popular Google replaced Gtalk with hangouts. Google Messaging App

Now Google is looking forward in Instant Messaging and building a new mobile based smarter messaging app.Every year has rumors that Google is developing mobile-messaging app,so last year i also wrote about Google messenger app. But now wall street journal confirmed that Google is developing messaging app.According to report Google plans to use chatbots software to answer the questions of users inside messaging app. Users can text to friends or chatbots, which will search the around the Web and other known sources for information to answer a question. It means Google is using artificial intelligence technology in messaging app. Facebook M is already using artificial intelligence so it may be take on Facebook M. Still it is unclear that when Google will be launched this service and what it will be called.

Report suggest that,Google veteran Nick Fox has been leading a team working on the new service for at least a year.

In October, Mr. Fox offered to buy 200 Labs Inc., a small startup that builds chatbots, but the firm declined the offer, according to two people familiar with the situation.

200 Labs developed a marketplace and rating service for chatbots on Telegram, a messaging app that offers hundreds of chatbots, devoted to subjects such as the weather, image search, news and dating. 200 Labs is working on technology that will choose the best chatbot to respond to a request.

Google is pursuing a similar goal with its messaging service, the people familiar with the plan said.

But Google declined to comment so lets see what will happen in feature.
